I was given a Leave to Remain renewable every 3 year because I am a parent to a British citizen. I was single at the time of the application but now I am married to my son's mother. We are living together and we have had another baby. My questions... I am in the process of renewing my Discretionary...

@saady...The best thing to do is what you have rightly written in your last paragraph. If you have only 17 days away to qualify for SET (LR) then as u suggested you will need to put in an application within the 28 days lapse period. Thanks Casa.yes there was a breach regarding clandestine but 10 years are lapsed. also there is a discretion to wave a short breach (1 month) enter in the UK on 05/01/2003 went to immigration service on 06/01/2003

That was not the case .I sough discretion for that indefinite leave to remain took Home Office more than 6 months to reach a decision

yes l m doing the calculation according from the evidence l have in front of me.
l do have 26 pay advise for weekly pay and 6 pay advise for monthly pay.

When l work out like you advise me to do,only my non salaried employment can sponsor my spouse visa(the annual earning will be £19584.02) so if l add my part time that will be £26614.02 total annual earnings The total annual earning of £26614....

the part time one is permanent l receive my wages every 4 weeks(as a personal assistance)and the second one is a employment agency permanent ongoing position receive my wages every week.
