Set(P) ILR guidance required

Hi all I have applied online for settlement based on Refugee humanitarian protection for my friend. Home office only requested his BRP and travel document and nothing else. Should I add documents like my payslips, bank statements etc. on the UKVI website? Or since they have not requested anything ...

Re: ILR visitor visa for mum refused under 4.3 b

Its seems a unique refusal because how can you breach immigration rules since you are free from them. I will suggest you that you again check your BRP and its accompanying letter which you had received along with it. That is why i am confused, but it is definitely indefinite leave to remain ...

Re: ILR visitor visa for mum refused under 4.3 b

It wasn't an indefinite visa that was refused, it was visit visa. The exact wording is that I understand that your son will be sponsoring your visit and you have shown that he can afford to pay for that. However, you have failed to show that he will not be in the breach of immigration rules at the ...

ILR visitor visa for mum refused under 4.3 b

Hi Apologies! if I have posted this in the wrong place. I'm on Indefinite leave to remain in the UK, the home office have refused the visa application for my mother under 4.3 b which states that they have failed to show that i'm not and will not be in breach of immigration rules at the time of the ...

So do I need to inform HO of this impending ccj as I still have 14 days to reply and have emailed the accuser to settle out of court via monthly payments

Re: Advice Needed DLR Extension

An expired passport will not invalidate your application. The fact that they have taken your money, indicates your application will in all probability be fine. Thanks for letting me know as I didn't get an answer from anywhere and couldn't afford a lawyer. Also Got biometric letter today in which ...

Re: Advise please FLR fp

I dont think they have applied for flr family route, flr fp form is the one you use as a fee waiver for dlr applications If they have applied for any other visa other than DLR it would be a straight refusal with consideration given to rights protected under article EEA agreement which would mean ...

Re: Advise please FLR fp

It might have been better to wait a little while, your case might be strong but they won't take a child's rights into account until after birth. I disagree with the above, I had been detained two days after my application but because my partner was pregnant atm and i had an outstanding application ...

Re: Advise please FLR fp

Well I didn't know you had done it through the solicitor so I think he would have made a pretty strong case. Also I think you could have described the child disease especially water born diseases and stuff. India is still counted among the 26 countries where 80 percent of deaths in young children ...

Re: Advise please FLR fp

With flr fp make sure you fill that in properly as even a little mistake and they will send the application form back and then you will have to go over the process all over again. Also make sure the cover letter is detailed and all areas covered on why you two can't cohabit in his/her home country ...
