I read the amendments in 2006 it says that as long as hes been employed for more than a year, amd resided in united kingdom for 3 years.... so does that mean my husband is safe bec. The new amendments was 2013 before 2011 and still apply in 2006 amendments. Am i correct? Pls help im really stressed
