you cannot switch into Tier 1 Entrepreneur in the UK unless you have UK govt funding which is very difficult, You will have to apply from your own country.

You can however switch to a work permit.

Hi rockey

My clients are generally Pakistani nationals who either have their own funds or have access to third party funds.

They are mainly IT consultants so their business proposals are for IT consultancy. They are all normal, working guys

only options are appeal or fresh application but you really need to see a good solicitor who will tell you from the start whether your appeal has a chance or you should resubmit.

The important bit is always finding a solicitor who will not try to rip you off but will give you the proper advice

appeal. at the same time you should seek admin review which whilst not technically a right, can sometimes make the home office rethink. Plus it looks better at the appeal if you have raised a review early.

the solicitors we use always do this process and it seems to be working.

This is a very common recent trend that the Home Office have been doing over the last 6 months. 7 of our clients recently received the same letter. I run a Tier 1 consultancy in Dubai. I would recommend Child & Child Solicitors in London . They are the only firm that I recommend. There is no such thing as a chase up service. However, a properly drafted letter of representation would allow you to know what is going on with your application.
