hi i applied for ROR application was refused appealed against that home office withdraw appeal received letter for re enrol biometrics . received BRP card after 10 days issue is i didn't received my 2 passport and decision letter. passport already expire so i renew passport now. just want to ask is...

@Val : of course you apply for PR as you already completed 5yrs of marriage by providing 5 yrs treaty rights of your partner and following your divorce.

Hello guys, answer to all of you is below. 1) rubel rashid : mate as soon you get decree absolute you will need to apply for ROR no other option, within two months approx. Not doing so make you loose all rights and trouble starts. :P 2) val2018 : i only sent my employment history one page from HMRC...

Hello All, 8) My ROR application time line. Application delivered on 3rd Dec. Fee taken : 4th Dec , Acknowledgment Email received on 10th Dec. Biometrics : Received and done on 13th Dec. Confirmation of application received on 28 Dec. VISA Card Received on 2nd Jan :D / VISA granted on 20th Dec :D ....

I would like to ask you all what did you do/what to do to solve the issue of not having ex ID, i am in the situation where my partner is not agreeing to talk to me since we end up on bad divorce.

1) When EU member arrived in the UK, or
2) when EU member gets married in the UK, or

I also sent special delivery envelope for returning my documents and to be honest I check it few times a day :P had home visit on 1st April.. Let's see how many more days I'll have to wait .....!!!
