For you son that is born before your naturalisation, you probably have to apply for naturalisation. Contact the consulate in Karachi.

Re: Want to move to Ireland from uk with my spanise wife urg

European law on the basis of which you are seeking residence is the same in UK & Ireland. If your visa is refused in UK & your circumstances is still the same, there is no reason to believe that you will be successful in Ireland. That is the reason why you need to understand why your application is ...

Date of Birth in HIJRI (Islamic) Calender on Birth Certifica

My wife received her Irish citizenship today & will be applying for her Irish passport soon.

The issue is that she was born in Saudi Arabia & her Birth Certificate shows date of birth in HIJRI (Islamic ) Calender only.
Is there anyone who has similar issue previously?

Re: 2015 Citizenship Approvals

In my view its always more than one thing that causes delay or refusal. If you have traffic offence, you are fine as long as your are having a job & paying taxes. If you are a only on welfare, that is also OK as long has you have no convictions. Problem arises when people have more than one issue (c...

Re: Uk/Irish National and US Citizen Residency application.

The law is simple & you don't need an immigration lawyer to interpret it. If she has permission to stay in Ireland, then you can go to garda station & get her passport stamped. If she don't then you have to apply with all these documents. Permission to stay doesn't mean visit visa (c category visa )
