Schools which do not have a sponsorship license cannot employ you. They will first need to get a sponsorship license, apply for a CoS for you and once approved, you will have to apply for a visa. This will take some time which the school may not want to do if they are short of time. If the school ...

no your first step is to apply within a school that has a licence. Once they shortlist you and other candidates, it is after that while selecting that they cant give you preference if there was already someone able to fill the role who is EU citizen. what is the difference between schools that are ...
