Just a follow up question on this. Now they have decided to switch as T2G (PBS) dependents. I assume both the ICT holder and ICT dependent can switch as Tier 2 General dependent in UK and dont have to travel to home country. Could you please confirm?

Have you received your surrender certificate? How long did it take? The reason for asking is I’m on bit tight timescales for surrender and OCI.

Some members have put a date 3 years ahead to get the IHS to calculate correctly. So is it a valid practice to do so? Original expiry date is 25 feb 2019.
