Re: Naturalisation - FPN declaration

Hi Cullinan, I really do not know why it took long before the FPN letter came but the matter did not get to court. I have just remembered that I had two FPNs for different offences on same date as the vehicles MOT expired too.. so on same date, there was FPN of £300 for no insurance and FPN of £100 ...

Hi,

If you haven't submitted try after 12am. Unfortunately I didn't read these tricks before and submitted standard application. Hopefully you get the super priority. Keep trying.
Good luck
The trick works. I got a slot at exactly 4:03am

Only convictions have to be declared. An FPN is not a conviction
I believe what you say. I have request ACRO file and it came back with nothing found on my file in PNC. I shall now fill in "no convictions" in my ILR application. Will it affect British citizenship? Thanks

Re: ILR 10 year route (LR) - FPN declaration

If you bothered to search the forum, you see FPNs have no effect on ILR. This is being asked like every week here I did...but not expressly clear if I need to declare it in the form where it says have I had any disqualification due to speeding or no insurance? Noting that I wasn't banned from drivi...

If you apply under 10 years long residence, your wife won't be able to continue on her PBS Dependent visa. She will have to switch to FLR(M) which will mean a further visa fee + the NHS surcharge fee. Her immigration clock will re-set to zero, putting her on a new 5 year path to settlement (2.5 x 2...

Hi marcnath,
I want to apply for my wife and baby from abroad. I am on entrepreneur extension meaning I have lived in the country for a while now.

Thanks
