Re: Employe Permit and Stamp 4 ( Latest Updates

Thanks ch123, In your opinion can we write to repatriation unit while the case is still pending with EU Treaty right department? You can write to them. However, I think you have to be fully refused by the Department and then they forward your file to the repatriation dept for deportation. In my cas...

Re: Employe Permit and Stamp 4 ( Latest Updates

I was in a similar situation where my EUFam application was refused and sent to repatriation department. However, the Department was kind enough to grant me temporary stamp 2 to complete my education. When that permission was about to expire, I wrote to the repatriation department again to grant me ...

Re: Stamp 1 and work permit

Thanks for your reply. The letter from INIS says that this stamp 1 is given to me to take up a job offer (already available to me) and to enable an employer to apply for a work permit for me later in order for me to extend the permission after 6 months. The immigration officer has registered me and ...

Stamp 1 and work permit

Hi guys, I’ve been recently granted stamp 1 by the Department under exceptional circumstances instead of Stamp 1G. I don’t have a work permit. The Department has issued me stamp 1 for a period of time and informed me that I could renew the permission if I succeed in obtaining a work permit. I’ve bee...

Processing time for Stamp 1G (Online application via email)

Hello everyone, Does anyone know how long is the Department taking to get back to you for an online application for a third level graduate programme (From stamp 2 to stamp 1g) following the completion of a level 9 degree? Before Covid, the applicant could just walk in to their local immigration offi...

Re: EU4FAM (people who applied recently)

Hey. Isn't the application number the same as the one mentioned on the letters they sent us e.g stamp 4 letter? I was looking through the decisions and they seem to have put application numbers randomly. Also if the application number's the same as on the letters then a lot of people who are suppose...

Re: EU4FAM (people who applied recently)

Hey thanks for your reply. Any more updates guys? INIS website states that they have started processing applications which were sent on and before 02 Feb 2015. I was wondering if everyone who applied in Nov and Dec got theirs? We applied in Jan so I am assuming that DOJ'd get back to them before us.

Hey. Just wanted to get an update from you guys. Has anyone heard from the INIS? We got a letter last week with an acknowledgement of receipt for further documents that we sent them last month. It says that the office will be in contact with you in due course of time. Do they mean when the six month...

Re: EU dependent relative application

Hey. The form you need to fill in is EU1 (fill in seperate form for everyone). I think it's better for them to come to the state first and then apply for EU1 (residence cards). They will get a six months temporary stamp and then if their application's approved after six months then they'd be granted...
