I need advice from all members. I applied residence card for my mother and my wife using Surinder Singh route , but they refused my wife's application Giving reasons of center of life. But they approved my mother's Application. And she received her card. My question is that what should I have to do....

Hi, I am watching this forum long time. My Dependent applied on 31st july 2015 and she recieved COA(with permitted work) On 3rd nov 2015. My question is that My dependent have no photo identity card because everything with homeoffice so its very hard to register in bank accounts and another service....

dear, I already used my rights,I don't want too much paperwork..I secured visa just in one week, If you want more paperwork,its depends on you, My experience so far,Its very hard to prove dependency so what I preferred OK,I had done.. And you have same related experience,Please share with us..

you are so lucky,you are already outside britain. you just have to bring her on schengen visa and then register as eu family member and apply resident card straight away and 3 months isnt applying to you because you are already outside uk so you can go britain anytime with your mother.

i also registered my mother as eu family member in germany,they didnt ask any dependency..you just have to prove with your birth certificates and savings.

My mother and wife applied for tourist visa from home country..then they came to Germany ,same day I went to germany..After One week,I went to foreign office about registration and they registered my wife and my mother as eu family member.
