Re: ex spouse retained right of residence

Since you have sent a recorded letter to the HO without them replying you. What left for you now is to enter bus to Liverpool in person and ask their staff to follow you home and protect you.

Just listen to yourself with such text you have posted.

Re: Non EEA PR Holder Sponsoring a Child to UK

Very important, you will need to establish that you are the biological father of that your son coming to the UK through a DNA report by the approved centre using by the consulate otherwise you will be push around for a while and wasted a lot of money. Also you will ...

Re: Two questions about Section 9 in PR

Either you put your arrival in the UK was 2014 or 2015, home office is only concern on the evidence of your complete and continuous 5 years treaty right activities. Secondly in my previous msg, you are applying as a qualifying EU national in your own right and not as a British spouse. You wife has n...

Re: Two questions about Section 9 in PR

As you are Polish, you can apply either you have partner/sponsor. In your case you do not need to have sponsor because you are Polish just ignore it and fill the form as single EU and qualify person. Regarding the five months payslips. If you want to count it as part of your five years, yes you need...

If you can apply a common sense to what you have posted. That form is design for purpose and do not create problem for yourself as i believed your marriage is genuine. What you need to do is to agree within both parties where you will like to call your main home and after that wherever you both work...

Re: EEA Family Permit - Address change

Answer to your question is capital NO. You can live anywhere in the UK and work anywhere as long as the job is legit and you can provide proof of address of wherever you chose to live.

Good Luck.

Re: PR section 5.3 and 5.4

From what you have posted, you are not affected with the wording of out of the UK for 6 months in any 12 months. I will try to break it down this way as example. Because the wording are for people who is out for complete 6 month in one go in any 12 months calendar year and not Jan-Dec. 1, Lets say y...

Re: Non EU Retention of Right PR Refused...NEED HELP!!!

May be it might not be a problem of getting your ex but it has to many people out there. The home office will waste many of your time through appeal process if you do not add your ex ID with any new application you make this time.

Good luck.

Re: Marriage of Convenience refusal. Help!

No, but it is a very strong argument in many cases. Again, if there were either friends or family friends let them write about your relationship and include their ID and any proof of address all photocopies that might help as well. They are just an evil organization from head to toe.

All they are trying to do is to just waste people time and money. Personally, I will not be surprised if they Don't show up and the whole case will be in your favor.

Re: Marriage of Convenience refusal. Help!

Listen and listen good. What they are trying to do is to test your level of relationship with him and also FINANCIALLY and above all EMOTIONALLY. Because as a woman how many out there will like to go through this just for the sake of being with someone, except if you both have strong feeling for eac...

Your caseworker was jealous about your degree course in my opinion (JKG). Again we don't know in what kind of scenario the caseworker can apply their discretion without consulting any senior caseworker on any cases as i can relate to this effect. By what the casework instruction says, if you're out ...

Re: Seeking Divorce after marriage of convenience

As you have pointed out earlier that your marriage is over 3yrs, you have an automatic retained right provided your wife is exercising her treaty right correctly up till divorce and it doesn't change unless your are not working afterwards, then you lose it. My concern is, did you have evidence of yo...

Re: Seeking Divorce after marriage of convenience

Divorce your ex-wife as soon as possible and reapply with the new wife. But make sure you keep your ex-wife treaty right up till your divorce date and also all your relationship papers work before you apply for new RC. The beauty side is that, whenever your new RC is granted, just count the remainin...

Re: Applying for EEA PR as a student- issue with self-sufficiency!

I think you should do both. Again, as self sufficient person who doesn't claim benefits by not becoming burden to the UK might set a positive tone in the eye of any caseworker in my opinion. But if they refuse then go to court where judge will be able to look into it. Personally, I think you may be f...

Re: Applying for EEA PR as a student- issue with self-sufficiency!

For how long did you study for? and also did you have CSI issued either in UK or from any EU at all?. Otherwise wait until brexit date or when the new scheme will start, when UK will abolish the CSI if you don't have it. On the issue of self sufficient, the only problem I have noticed so far from HO...
