Re: B1 test Again !!

I am no expert, But as I read from these posts below, You may re-use it only when previous application was successful. In your case, your previous application was refused, so you need to rethink before re-using your current B1 again. Experts can help more. 1) https://www.freemovement.org.uk/briefing...

My accountant told me that we can claim, so I will go via accountant to check all eligibility. However, My original post...

I found Government guidelines which states as below. You can claim for employees on any type of employment contract, includ...

Re: -- Problem in evidence of cohabiting in UK -- affect in ILR?

Yeah, correct. Thanks for this point. Better I will explain in cover letter, as caseworker will know our travel history anyways. Hope that the ILR application form itself asks for all travel history & accommodation history, so we can't really cover up or escape. Explaining in Cover letter may be the...

Re: -- Problem in evidence of cohabiting in UK -- affect in ILR?

Hi Seagul, Thanks for your reply and helping mind. To answer your point, my spouse & child got visa as below: 1) Initial Spouse visa from 15-Sep-2016 to 15-Jun-2019 (They traveled to UK on 26-Sep-2016) 2) FLR M extention from 19-Jul-2019 to 10-Feb-2022 So they have got few extra months overall. So I...

Re: -- Problem in evidence of cohabiting in UK -- affect in ILR?

Many thanks CR001. You have been helpful as always. :-) On point 2, I can only submit utility bills for around 1 year 8 months (If we can travel in May2020- and If they apply for ILR on Jan 2022). Anyways we can't do anything about it now, and will have to explain in cover letter. Many thanks.

Re: FLR-M Extension: Category D: Cash savings -- Urgent Query

Re: FLR-M Extension: Category D: Cash savings

Oh,

My child is not British. He is an applicant along with my spouse for this FLR-M.

I started claiming CB on my name 2.5 years ago, as I have asked and got answers from this forum earlier that I can claim it on my name only, as I am on ILR.

Re: FLR-M Extension: Category D: Cash savings

Many thanks Seagul , I agree I may be overthinking because I haven't tried this route before. Also it's terrifying and unfortunate to read refusal posts by some members of this forum, particularly on missing documents, though it could have been submitted. As you can see, A minor mistake in the appl...

Any member who have gone through or aware of answers can give me guidance please. Many thanks and grateful for your time. Apologies, I may have repeated the same questions here in this thread. But "proof required for source of cash savings" looks vague to me. So that's why asking again. I would lik...
