Re: Eea FM appeal timeline

Shibly, are there any news on your side? We applied for appeal in August and waiting for over 9 months now. Not sure if we should try to chase the tribunal or ask the council? Or do we just continue waiting? Anyone, please share your experience?

Hi Zimsparta, thank you for sharing! Could you please clarify 9 months before the court hearing or 9 months before you find out when is the hearing? How much notice do they usually give? Is the decision taken on the day of the hearing? Thank you!

Re: EEA2 Appeal Timelines - ONLY 1 TOPIC - UpToDate

Hi all, I have received a refusal in July 2016 and submitted for appeal within 2 weeks (early August). Looking at your timelines I don't think my hearing date will be before August 2017 and am very worried that Brexit may impact my case (as they plan to trigger Article 50 in March). I wonder if I am...

Re: EEA2 / FM-EFM Discussion thread

Hi All,

How long does it take to get your passport back (for EEA national and the applicant)? We have submitted the request for passports return last Wednesday, no news yet.

Also, did anyone travel in / out UK on a tourist visa whilst the RC application was under consideration?

Thank you!
