I'm entitled to it.I got my first Spouse visa in 2011 and that meant I qualified for ILR in 2013 .

Thanks for your contribution.Yes my children are British,but my wife has refused the option of a mediation/counselling saying It is a desperate attempt by me to stay in the UK .

He was working with the A government agency with his post study and then got an Entrepreneur visa in his home country.But continued working when his post study expired and because nobody checked he continued working.
