My solicitor called me today and said HO have sent us a CD with voice recording.

It is my voice though. So I am not worry about the hearing. But I believe someone will do.

HO now does have some so-called solid evidence.

Please be prepared.

The case is now reported with a little bit change in the head note.

I personally want the original one to be reported...

It is OK. Do worry too much.

I experienced same issue. Call before you go. Just tell the officer you have lodged the appeal and the exact hearing date. The officer may give you another temporary admission to that date.
