u can come to ireland with ur wife as brazilian dnt need visa but after entering ireland u hve to go to garda for registration so they will stamp her pasport and u can start ur process for residence card after that.

yes u can use surinder singh route in both UK and ROI but u have to make lots of docs for that as ur partner couple not a married couple. there is a solicitor in ROI whos deals with these type of cases. high rise services and co. +353 899436619.

no u dont have to be in the other member state, u can apply ur visa from anywhere in the world,directive does apply on you. if u need help i will help u out. dont need to worry about that.

if ur using ur treaty rights as student than u have to show that u got self resources to support urself oterwise it be a problem for u.

for extended family members its better for u to use ur eu treaty rights first then apply for a visa it will increase ur chances of getting the visa. otherwise they are refusing so much applications these days especially for extended family members.

no, if u want to apply on behalf of your brother u have to proof ur dependency on ur brother. and u have to do lots of documentation aswell its not that easy for extended family member.

if you and ur kids are Irish citizen then u will need to apply in national law for ireland and u have to do lots of documentation for that. if u want to move with ur wife and kids together then its better for you to apply under EU treaty rights law and u can get ur wife visa easily under this law of ...

for mother u can go thru with few docs. but for bro and his wife/kid u have to go thru lots of documentation its very hard these days but not impossible its better if u want to apply for ur brother and his wife come to ireland first exercise ur treaty rights here then apply for them,then it will be ...

no its not u have to show a permanent employment even if it is part time but u have to show proper job offer letter.

Hello u dnt need to worry about that u will receive ur decision in the cumin week which is 6th week. First two weeks they keep held the application in the embassy where u submit ur application then they transfer the application to dublin office for a decision that take 4 weeks.
