Tier 2 Dependent extension

Hello, I am posting this query on behalf of my friend. My friend is currently on Tier 2 visa and is eligible for ILR in 8 weeks time, but his dependent will only be eligible for ILR next year (based on 5 year route). His & his dependent's limited leave to remain on Tier 2 basis is about to expire in ...

Re: English language evidence and PBS is no more available

In this case the OP has obtained ILR after 28th Oct 2013. Isn't just ticking the option "I met the knowledge of language and life requirement to qualify for settlement on or after 28th October 2013" and not provide any proof enough? The other post that Vinny mentioned where OP has mentioned that ...

Re: Tier 1 to ILR - Do I have to be employed when applying?

I'm going for ILR in March but am losing my job in January. I'll meet all the Tier 1 ILR requirements, including income, so my only worry is that I won't be employed at the time of ILR application. Does that matter? I can't see anywhere where it says anything about being currently employed. Thanks ...

Re: P60 Form

It's fine!! It doesn't matter if you were out of work for first few months or, any number of months in between. The things that matters are, if all your previous Tier 1 (G) extensions were made showing genuine earnings & you have earned enough income for your ILR (12 consecutive months in last 15 ...

Re: Quick ILR Query...

To qualify for ILR, your total absence in any single year for the past 5 qualifying years from your date of ILR application should be less than 180 days. You just have to mention them in the SET(O) form and detail them in the covering letter. So you should be fine. It's better to provide copy of ...

No Premium appoinments past 7th July 2015?

Hello,

I am unable to see any premium appointments to book past 7th July 2015 (Tier 1 (G)). I know the slots open 42 days prior to appointment date. Considering today's date of 29th May I should be seeing appointments available to book for 10th July.

Any idea what's going on?

Thanks in advance!!
