Hello, I did biometrics in Feb 2015 as part of a successful ILR. Now applying for naturalisation. Will I have to do biometrics again? If I do do I pay for it with the Form AN submission? Thanks

In the summary box of Section 8 it asks for income source, interval received, Amount. Unlike the previous page, it doesn't specify in this table if the income is to be gross or net. Does anyone know? Thanks
