AN Form: Proof of living in the UK for Mrs

I am EEA national with PR and Settled Status, my wife non-EEA national with PR and Settled Status.

I have been in the UK working since 2005 and my wife joined me in 2008. She does not work.

What evidence should I supply with the AN form when asking for: Proof of living in the UK for my wife?

EEA with PR marrying non-EEA Visa or EEA2 question?

So, I am asking for a friend.

He is EEA with PR in UK and going to marry in Turkey non-EEA.

Does he apply directly for EEA2 for his wife? or is there a visa to apply for so she can join him in the UK and then apply for her Residence Card?

Many thanks

Re: Received my PR few days ago, Should I apply for my kids too?

UK born children can apply for citizenship on form MN1, it is an entitlement to do so once either parent gets PR. They do not require PR themselves. Please do click on the links vinny has provided (entitled to register). Current cost is £1033 each. A child born after you got PR is automatically Bri...

Re: Received my PR few days ago, Should I apply for my kids too?

Yes. Your wife may apply for PR . Children are entitled to register . Thanks Vinny, I was thinking of applying PR for my wife and include our three children in the application? Is this wise to do this way? Child 1 born in 2010(London) Child 2 born in 2013(London) Child 3 born in 2016(Manchester) I ...

Received my PR few days ago, Should I apply for my kids too?

So here is my situation:- I am Dutch and been living and working in UK since 2005. My wife is non-EEA. Her naturalisation was refused few years ago and so was her PR application due to lack of evidence of me exercising treaty rights. She currently hold a Residence Card valid until 2022(was issued in...

Re: Application has been rejected

simply I had sent the same pictures last year to the Home Office for the registration certificate and they issued it without any issue? They may have rejected the photographs because you sent the same pictures to the Home Office a year ago. Thanks for your reply, they could have said that the pictu...

I am a Dutch national and been in the UK since 2005. Anyway, Nov-2016 I applied for a Registration Certificate which I received last year on May 2017. Re: PR Non-EEA family member of EEA

Yes, if you and wife do not qualify for confirmation of PR yet then, assuming you can exercise treaty rights, suggest applying for RCs (1 each); EEA (QP) for you; EEA (FM) for wife So can I use just one form EEA FM for both me(eea) and my wife(non-eea)? or we need to fill a separate form for each o...

Re: PR Non-EEA family member of EEA

You need to show your work was genuine and effective; you need to prove you were a jobseeker; being registered is a start but evidently not enough. Being a jobseeker and self-employed together may be problematic. Thanks for your help. Failing that you need to be a qualified person now to restart PR...

Are you able to provide enough evidence of exercising Treaty rights for the requested period this time?
We have always, but the Home Office never been clear about what exactly is missing or not provided.

She is advised to ensure that she is free from any restriction on her stay here under the immigration laws before making a fresh application. Re: PR Non-EEA family member of EEA

Well the lawyer could wrote a letter to the citizenship people and challenge the refusal of naturalisation, but he seems a bit lazy. As I said before, based on the evidence you claimed to have presented, the refusal seems unlawful. Well I will see what I can get from him tomorrow, but many thanks f...

Since it's optional, there was no requirement to get it? or am I wrong?
