FLR (M) Proof of Address query

Hi All, My wife has been in the UK on a spouse visa and was given a BRP from April 2016 to January 2019. We have lived with my parents from April 2016 to July 2018 after which we've got a place of our own that we rent from August 2018 till today. I have supplied a letter from my father showing that ...

FLR (M) Queries

Hi All, My spouse received her BRP on 5th April 2016 and it is due to expire on 16th January 2019. I had a few queries for you all: 1. I am a British Citizen and looking to apply for FLR (M) for an extra 2.5 years. Does anyone have a comprehensive list of evidence that they've put together to almost...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

I can barely believe this! Those who applied in Mirpur in December are about to get responses and yet my wife applied in Karachi in October and STILL there is no response at all. I've escalated this for application for a second time last week on Thursday and I haven't received any response to that ...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

Are there any other October applicants on here who have yet to get a response apart from me? I can't believe it's taking so long, I'm now on week 15! I escalated the application on Thursday, today is Monday and still no response from them.

It's so nice to see the visas coming in now and that silent readers of this forum are now starting to take part. Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

Finally another Karachi applicant! You're only the third person on this forum who has applied from Karachi. The other two are my wife and akhan48. We both gave our applications in October. So far on this forum, the 2 email theory seems to ring true but honestly, you never know. Just wait for the ph...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

@Optimus Prime What was the outcome of your escalation on the 2nd January? All they said was that they sent the information to the relevant department. Biggest load of nonsense I've ever heard. Didn't tell us what is happening, where my application is, or any sort of timeline. What batleykhan wrote...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

I fail to understand why on earth all the Karachi applications are still far behind? According to the stats, Karachi applications are statistically the fastest turnover of all 4 cities (Mirpur, Islamabad, Lahore being the others). And anyway, don't all applications get forwarded to Islamabad for pro...

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

It's so frustrating. All the people who applied on 23rd October or before have received answers. I've applied on the 24th and it literally should be a matter of a couple of days now. The tension is killing me! Please pray for my wife and I :-)

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

My sister in law got her visa a couple of weeks back with 2 emails, the first with a GWF number and the second with a reference number which turns out to be the visa number itself. Many others have posted in this forum in the last few weeks or so stating they got 2 emails. The 2 email theory is valid.

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

Anyone applied in october from isb heard anything ? I applied in Karachi on 24th October. Haven't heard any news yet. It seems pretty clear to me that if you get 2 emails, the first being an automated email with a GWF number, and the second being a Reference Number, it means you have the visa. My s...

It turns out that us spouse visa people are not the only ones to get visas today. My sister-in-law got her Student Dependent Visa today after 2 weeks. Still waiting for my wife's visa to come through from Karachi. Week 12 will be complete on Friday :/

Re: Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

I applied on 24th October. I have yet to get a result back. I think the last person who posted on this forum who got their visa applied on 24th September and got the visa on 3rd January. If you calculate based on that, November applicants should begin hearing results in March. I'll let you know when...
