I had actually previously read this biometrics document but wasn't sure if it applied to infants' biometrics nor was I sure what the HO referred to when saying "If a person is sent a rejection warning letter" . Thank you Char for taking the time to reply!

One thing in regards to the 15 day deadline - I was told by the NCS it's 21 and I blearily remember having spoken to the Home Office as well and them saying it's 21 as well..
May I ask whether you are certain it's 15 days
