Yes, I applied ILR for my daughter as she was born in India. Don't think I was eligible to apply for MN1 for her unless I am missing something.

Just to close the thread... I went to a branch in very small town near my office and they signed and stamped the print of e-copy without any questions. Was granted ILR on 16th Jan.
