Re: FLR (FP) Extension - Wrong Visa Type On IHS Website?

Hello,

It is normal as IHS for both visa’s cost the same, but for safe side what I did was I applied for separate IHS fee with correct category of my visa, once I had the IHS number I just entered into UKVI online form. But you can definitely use that route too.

Re: Flr fp

This is a generic form, used by all FLR categories, the best way to deal with it is to write a cover letter explaining your situation also add all the important paragraphs from last decision letter you received from UKVI so they know what they are dealing with.

Re: bringing two wives to uk on different visas, is it criminal offense, bigamy

"Being married to more than one person at a time is recognised in England and Wales if it took place in a country that allows marriages of this kind (not in the UK) and both parties were legally free to marry in this way. Therefore, if someone legally enters the UK and already has three wives under ...

Re: Emergency Travel Document

I travelled to Pakistan many times and never been asked to provide BRP on entry, they usually ask on exit from Pakistan. If they ask you to show Child’s BRP it means they are either incompetent or corrupt.

Re: FLRM- HOME OFFICE ASKED FOR KIDS PASSPORT AND RESIDENCE DETAILS

As Seagul said it is pretty normal of HO to ask for those details, I mean I uploaded at least 164 different documents for my visa extension but they still asked for a letter addressed to child with same correspondence address. So without causing any delays you can contact your school, explain your s...

Barclays online bank statement which you can download from App or website are fine as they resemble the original you get in post, also I’ve used the same pdf formate from website for my visa and had no issues.

There is no way he can claim 95% of your salary, this is indeed a civilised world and that utterly ridiculous human being should grow a pair and start taking some slack, please don’t feel any sympathy for that toe-rag. Should see a good lawyer or a charity firm who helps with women in needs. Good luck
