Hi, here is the update,

I've filed the JR and HO withdraw the case and gave 90 days for reconsideration.

On 18th Dec, I have received my visa approval!!!

Once 2nd application is refused you have fewer options. 1. Best option is to go for JR 2. Claim asylum if you have any grounds for that. 3rd application will not be accepted. I applied for AR and mean time prepared for fresh application documents, after all my documents ready, I withdraw AR and at the same time applied for 2nd application.
