i think first u need to go for permission to appeal to upper tribunal and for that u will have 28 days.
,u can do that.

its been two months,am waiting 4 permission to appeal,permission to appeal decision is adjourned by the court,court required explanation by the HO.HO offrd me to withdraw apeal as they withdraw original decision and reconsider me.

plz advise me ASAP as i have to make it final tomarrow,either i have to withdraw permission 2 appeal or go with court....?
