Hi, The documents I sent to sponsor visit via is held at customs Delhi don't know when it will be cleared.
Can I scan the documents and send as an email to apply for visit visa?
Is scanned copies and downloaded online bank statements are accepted?

Mother in law travelling alone this next week.She don't know English.
Can you please let me know what type of questions immigration officer will ask in the airport?Will there be any translator at immigration counter to translate mother tongue to English?

Thanks.Would it help if we get midwife letter?How about reducing the duration of stay .To request visit visa for 3 months stay .So all together 6 months stay in split up from April to June and then go back and come to UK and stay from September to November?

The reason for to NOT to use the visa is because we want to invite again in September 2019 . The current visa expires in July.I am not sure what reason to say to apply for visitor visa again in September.

Go for Standard Visitor visa because Family means husband and wife. I think the amount you are showing is not enough. What is your status in the UK ? Are you permanent resident or on work permit ? The payment card details provided was incorrect.we forgot to mention 3 digit cvv number during JCAP hence received letter from passport office stating they were unable to take the payment and asked pay urgenty by calling the passport office.

I am planning to go to India during school holidays ,I am thinking of booking citizenship ceremony for wife and child on return(September).As my other child has got the British passport,is it required to apply for tourist visa to India or can India passport allowed to use ?

It seems for child become Citizen is the date mentioned in the passport and not the date they receive naturalisation certificate ? Child is British from the date on the REGISTRATION Certificate (only adults are naturalised). I guess the certificate would have date as the passport issue date ? No ...

Presumably you applied joint BC/Passport. Child does not attend ceremony. If you/your wife have received approval, likely all certificates will be given to you/wife at the ceremony. Thanks CR001. Passport fee was deducted 2 weeks ago as we missed to.mention the cars CVV number ,received letter from home office and paid over the phone .
