Re: Section 1.5 - 1.6 - Names on the form

Thanks for your reply.
So means Section 1.6 is mainly for people as you described with second / third names?
However, where does middle name sits?
Section 1.6?

The day you send it off, once you attended the ceremony or once the certificate has been issued? the reason i'm asking this is because from what I understand, you don't have to surrender your current passpo...

Re: Bank statement dates

I am going to submit my original printed bank statements and for March, it will be a printed one from the Internet (stamped by the bank). Is it OK to mix the two way how the bank statements are generated isn't it?

Of course as long as the figures are correct throughout the dates.

Re: Bank statement dates

I am normally alright with my previous applications.
But it's just the last one... just want to get it right.
Especially with all sort of immigration changes happening at the moment. :-(

How did it go? Hope your appointment on the 21st March 2015 went alright?

p/s: I like the username. :-)

Re: Absence out of the UK

OK. Thanks.

Also just realised that you said 180 days per year?
Have they recently changed the rules? I thought it was 180 days over 5 years period?

Re: Absence out of the UK

If your number of days are less than 180 per year, I don't think it should make a difference. Yeah some people did say that in the forum. However, there are quite a few people who did less than 180days per year and still prepared an absence list table so I thought better to just in case. :-) In my ...

Re: Bank statement dates

Thinking about it, I think I will just wait for my March pay slip to be issued an go to the bank the same day to print out my statement end of Feb to end of March. I assume it's OK for statements to be the actual bank copied which I get from the post, and the last one to be printed and stamped by th...

Re: Bank statement dates

Thanks for the reply. I originally booked an appointment for the 30th March. However, because my statement is issued on the 27th Feb, I might change the appointment date to 26th March now because of that 28 days rule so that my statements is within 28 days from the appointment date (27 days to be ex...

Bank statement dates

Hi, I'm going to apply for my ILR - Set(O) end of March. Quick question, call me paranoid but I thought I checked. As you all know that I'm required to proof my salary and tick accordingly the points I'm claiming for; therefore showing my 12 months payslip and bank statements to prove that I'm getti...

Also my baby can't apply for the "Certificate of Entitlement". In the site below, it states "You can’t get a certificate if you already have a British passport or ID card that proves you have right of abode in the UK" https://www.gov.uk/right-of-abode/apply-for-a-certificate-of-e...

Hi, My wife and I are both holding Malaysian passports with ILR. However, our baby is holding a British passport. We are hoping to go back Malaysia. Would it be a problem to enter Malaysia with different passports between three of us? As we are only going back for less than 90 days. According to the...

Re: ILR application - Set(O) - Child benefit question?

You didnot apply for public funds. Your wife did. She is entitled to apply for it since she got ILR. There is absolutely no worry for you, as long as you did not apply for any benefits. Thanks very much for your reply @cfdman. It's just quite confusing as she has to specify my name and my national ...
