Will payment of my husbands child benefit claim into our joint account affect my visa? I have no recourse to public funds and UKVI today said I can not receive public funds into my account, but could not clarify whether a joint account was ok. Please, please advise as I can't find the answer to this...

Regarding the query about joint bank account - are you certain this is not an issue? I never thought about it but today UKVI told me that as I have no recourse to public funds (spouse visa) I can not receive any public funds in to my account.
