Just had a white envelope through the door - the council seem to think my application has been approved! Still have to wait for the brown envelope before I can book my ceremony. Hope you all will follow soon!

Thanks, just a point to note. Surprisingly the Council letter arrived before brown envelope and brown letter came next day. So it is possible that council might send you letter before you receive brown letter from Home Office, as they get certificate for you, so please do not worry if you get one a...
