Sponsoring Using Student Finance

I earned just under £17,000 for the last tax year. I am also a full time undergraduate and receive student finance. Can the student finance be taken into account when calculating the £18,600 minimum financial threshold for sponsoring my non-EEU husband to join me in the UK??
