I have not changed my employer so It would be a new license issued by the same employer for a different client.

Thanks for quick response.
My employer can get a new sponsor license, that's not a problem. My doubt is that with new sponsor license can I get a new visa and work for remaining 15 months or do I need to serve 12 months cooling off period before I return to UK on Tier 2 visa?

Hi All, I came to UK on Tier 2 ICT short term in May 2012 and after completing 11 months returned to India. Again came back to UK on ICT Long term in May 2013 for the same client and returned to India in Jan 2017. The validity of long term visa is 5 years but I returned 15 months before completing 5 ...

ILR for ICT Tier 2

Hi, I came to UK in April 2012 on ICT Tier 2 Short team visa and in April 2013 i moved to ICT Tier 2 Long team visa without changing sponsor.If i stay 5 year on ICT tier 2 long term visa, will i be eligible for ILR as i will be completing total six year by the time my long term visa expires? Thanks ...
