Re: Successful PEO/PSC ILR applications

congrats Rennyp ! May I ask if you were for more P60 (years before 2017) or any bills, etc to prove you have been in the UK? I saw this in the document check list, but nobody seems to be submitting it. No. I wasn't asked for any more documents. I went with all of them but on advice from this forum,...

Re: Urgent! Tier 2 ILR - Salary increase not report HO/travel abroad long period

My salary was increased 6 months before my application. However, even before the increase, it was way higher than the threshold. They didn't ask me about this at all and it didn't seem to cause any issues.

Employer letter, who should it be addressed to

Hi,

My employer has been all over the place as HR is severely understaffed at the moment. They haven't included the UKVI address and I have my premium appointment in a few days. Does the letter need to be addressed directly to UKVI?

Re: salary spike but both above threshold

There was no change in SOC code but the change in salary was recorded on SMS by employer (I hope, I did remind them to do so when I was receiving the promotion)

salary spike but both above threshold

I am applying for my ILR in two weeks via premium appointment. During my 5 years, I've hads 3 employers and have always been above the threshold for my SOC code. When I joined my current employer, my salary was 45k but in January I got promoted and it moved to 51k. Would such a spike draw suspicion ...

Re: Employment gap previously. will i qualify ILR

Thank you. I guess I assumed that my being made redundant meant that my previous visa expired on January 13 and the new application on February 12 was more than 28 days after that visa expired. I did not leave the country though so there was no absence in the UK.

Employment gap previously. will i qualify ILR

Hi, I've been reading the rules and I'm confused about my situation. Any help would be great. Initially given Tier 2 in Aug 2013 and looking to apply for ILR in August 2018. However, I was made redundant from my first role on Jan 13 2015, I managed to get a new employer and applied for a new Tier 2 ...

Multiple employees- will it affect my ILR

Hi, I have had three different employers (all sponsoring me via T2) over the past four years. I have now been headhunted and offered another role by another employer. I wondered if I accept the role if it would affect my chance of applying for ILR next summer when I am eligible. Will it count agains...

Does UKBA inform employer of rejection

Hi,

I'm just wondering if UKBA informs an employer when they reject an application. I am waiting for my decision letter but have not heard from my sponsor. Would UKBA tell them directly when an application has been rejected?

Thanks

TIER 2 LIKELY TO BE REFUSED NEED HELP

Hello, I have made a tier 2 Change of Employment but I am realising that my visa is likely to ve refused as my employer did not keep adequate records of the RLMT. Very annoying as they didn't keep the reference for the Universal Job Match advert and as they did not know if they would be employing a ...
