Ok thank you.. Need to read full form The best advice for your husband is to sit for another B1 English test from approval list such as Trinity London College or British councils centre. You already made a mistake for applying for PR instead of naturalisation. You should have apply for nationalisation straight away as your husband is BC. Hi everyone,
I applied for BC since March and i got all my documents back in July including letter to provide English cert B1 for BC requirements and cert sent to them over a week. Does any one know how long does it take to approve BC if they request for additional documents ?

Congratulations to all of you that got approved... I am very happy for you guys. tomboy very happy to hear your good news. I applied the same days as yours and mine is not yet approve yet. They requested for additional documents and it been sent on Monday so waiting for response finger cross.

Make sure you provide your p60 for 6 years or if you cant call HMRC for Employment history to send you your Employment history from the beginning of when you start working and that will cover you for 5 yrs treaty right and 1yr for BC....
