i have applied for Naturalization on 30 Oct 2020, biometric submitted in person on 22 Dec 2020, still did not get any reply or approval,

Am i still on normal time frame? and do i get an approval first or council?

Has anyone seen or can able to see free appointment on any of the centre recently or They stop offering free appointment?
