Does the question, have you been involved in any driving incidents etc not refer to the UK. I never thought they were concerned with happenings outside the UK. I wonder if this is the right place to ask. Its been 7 weeks now since I did my biometrics for the naturalisation application and have heard nothing from them. Any one in that same shoe? Did it take this long? Is there an email I can use to contact them?

With online application cancellation is non refundable but rescheduling is free. Please don’t cancel or you’ll lose your money. Application date is the day you appear at PEO. I used online set O

If you use the online SET O form you can reschedule but you cannot cancel without losing your money. if its just a premium appointment to submit a paper form, you can cancel and get your money back.Good luck Bro

He said it was an online appointment so he won't be getting any refunds at all as a withdrawal or cancellation is not allowed with online application except the rules changed this week. or no?

i honestly cannot say yes or no, but in regards to the 9 pcns, since the car no longer belonged to you, why are you bothered about this. The PCN is to the registered driver. Can you provide proof of sale and transfer of ownership?

I have applied for Spanish visas quite a number of times. They can be quite pernickety to be honest so I am not sure about bank statements from the home country but you can put that in your cover letter and hope they read it. They are a very lax bunch
