Right of Abode - Outside UK processing times

Hi

Would anyone know the standard processing time for Right of Abode - Certificate of Entitlement (COE) application from India? It has been 5 months since I made the application from Chennai/India but no update yet.

Thank you.

The priority service is not a guaranteed service. If there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g application being complex, delays, etc), then they probably refund your service fees. Wait to hear back :!:
Thank you Zimba.

ILR super priority - no communication

Hi,

It has been 5 business days already since we applied for my spouse ILR application - SETM 5y partner route on a super priority (biometric on 12 June), however, we haven't any communication on the status in any format yet.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

Cheers

Hi,

Has anyone exercised Covid Visa Concession Scheme recently? If so can I pls clarify the duration and the validity period (i.e. when does it start) of the LOTR being issued?

The CVCS guidelines says LOTR will be issued for 3 months.

In addition to english language proficiency, you will also need a NARIC letter to state qualification level of the degree to UK equivalent. You will need UK bachelors equivalent or above to satisfy the English language requirement.
