UPDATE: Received biometric letters for my wife and son couple of weeks back. It seems sometimes it takes time. Hope it helps for other people in similar situation

Hi, Had an appointment and successful ILR application at Solihull. Director of Pvt Ltd company. Provided personal bank statements, business bank statements, letter from accountant, dividend vouchers, salary slips. Also CT document, SA documents and cohabitation document. Did not take any photocopies...

Applying before 28 days of completion of qualifying period

Hello, I had entered UK on 16 Oct 2010. I extended my Tier 1 visa couple of times. So my current visa is valid until Sep 2017. Now, I have booked an appointment on 3 Oct for ILR application. The 'Continuous Residence Guide' says I can apply 28 days before the completion of 5 years continuous residen...

Hello,

Thanks for your reply.

I am on Tier 1 visa and I have extended it till Sep 2017. I can understand that there is a break in continuous residence but as 180 days of absence is allowed in a year wouldn't I be able to apply date of my re-entry minus 180 days?
