Absences for PR

Hi,

My friend is planning to apply for PR. She's been living in UK since 2006 and using first 5 years (2006 - 2011) for her qualifying years. What period does she has to cover in absences, 2006-2011, 2006 till now or other?

Thanks in advance

E-Payslips

Hi,

My company switched to e-payslip last year, could anyone tell me if printed copies are enough or do I have to certify them somehow before including in the application?

Question about application date requirement

Hi,

I am EEA citizen with recently acquired PR (December,16).

I want to apply for naturalisation based on British spouse.

I do not have ILR.

My question is do I need to have been physically present in England 3 or 5 years ago?

Re: IELTS after 6 April 2015

Some qualifications on the Home Office’s list will expire after 2 years. Your qualification will still be accepted as proof if you’re applying for citizenship, even if it has expired.
