Totally understand your feeling here. I think neither you or your partner is British citizen is it even possible to sponsor him here?

Anyways, I would suggest to go see a lawyer?

Re: Final document check

Alot of people make a mistake just counting 6 months bankstatement or 6 payslips The best way to check is that both your statements and payslips cover 6 months. you can you this https://www.timeanddate.com/date/duration.html basically if your first payslip is paid on 29th October 2017 then your last...

Re: Passport sized photographs

In addition to the photo being taken at Biometric appointment - the applicant needs 2 photos with their full name written on the back - 1 photo for sponsor and their name written on the back. This to be included in the application pack that you send to the home office. both photos must be recent and...

Re: FLR(M) Enquiry !

Please remember you have to provide very specific details about the company if you or your sponsor is company director. They ask for 1 year financial details, there are very specific documents and proof they require, without this they will refuse it so strongly recommend that you read FM SE in detai...

Re: Spouse Visa Extension FLR(M) query

Your relatives can write a letter confirming your residence there whilst you can at the same time write a detailed cover letter explaining all your circumstances and changes. This is what I could suggest from reading your situation, whether this would be accepted I think its up to the Home Office. I...

Re: Accommodation - bedsit shared with child

If you mean from bedsit is a double room then yes the child between 1-10 will be counted as half and double room usually only for 2 person forming couple. Better if you have some close friend/relative who can give you a accomodation letter if they have sufficient uncrowded accomodation. Not sure if...

Re: Spouse Visa

if you have a settlement status in the UK, your baby automatically qualifies for UK citizenship via the Right of Abode route, so you can directly apply for a British passport at the local embassy where he/she is currently living. This is how much I know right now. Please do wait for some experts to ...
