Her continuous leave may be broken after she spent more than six months per 12 consecutive months cycle outside the UK.
Are you sure they continuous leave is broken for the PBS dependant here?
I read here that the 6 month rule does not apply for dependants. Is that not true?

Hi again.

"Absences should be limited and for good reason. You will probably need proof of subsisting relationship during absence periods."

What kind of proof do I need to present for this?

iworker wrote: Where the rules say main applicant cant be over 180 days outside, it doesnt say anything about PBS dependent, hence the interpretation.
What if the PBS dependant is going for the ILR seperately? In that case, she will be the main applicant right?

Re: OCI collection and British Passport Submission

Anymore update on this? For minors when we submit, they never ask you whether the original applicant is in the country or not. They just accept the application without any problems. So I assume while submitting the british passport too they would only check the online status printout and accept the ...

The OCI status enquiry page does not load up and throws error: Invalid Input. Please go back and try again.

This has been the state for the past two days..

Is there any other way we can check the status?

Re: PBS Dept appt booked before April 6 - NHS Surcharge reqd

Thanks for the clarification vinny.

this is what got me confused:

For visa applications made outside the UK, you’ll have to pay if:
you’ve applied and paid your visa fee on or after 6 April 2015

as i have not applied yet and only have booked.

Can someone please answer the point 3 for me.

Now regarding the NHS surcharge, does it need to be paid for her now ev...
