yeah but also make it clear that I was willing to proceed further within six weeks. I have to say that my case was simple and it was unfortunate to have got trapped in the new stringent requirements.

Just received my approval letter...after two weeks appeal. I used xxxxx solicitors. Speak to a guy called xxxxxx. Good luck everyone.

You will need to find out when and where you local MP holds his/her monthly surgery. Take the home office letter with you and they will do the rest.

Hi Siraj, Thank you for replying. Basically the home office has said that I have used my Travel document to visit my country of birth when it said on the TD that I shouldn't. There fore I do not meet the good character required . I have just found out that there is precedent In my case. And most hav...

Please help me!

I've been refused citizenship on character. And the reason given was because I entered my country of birth with my Travel document when I should not have.
Does anyone know of someone who has successfully appealed this?
