Congrats to all who recieved their RC's . Well looking at the things practically like ARC-747 received their RC ... I think I am sure six months are from the date you submit your application. Applied 10-4 and COA was 02-06 ... So that's what makes me think it's the application submission date really...

Yeah true as dirk said . DNA NEEDS a swab of mouth so I don't understand what medical condition can prevent it . I don't think they will believe you unless you get it done mate .
