Sorry one more think my employer is licences employer but recently B grated and he paid the fees to upgrade licences from A grade to B grade. Is that ok or it does affect the ILR application.

Congrats Apan desai for your ILR. I am also going to apply for ILR in 10 days time, in your document list you submitted 12 months salary slip and bank statement. Did they ask for past 12 months or three month pay slip and bank statement is ok.
