Re: UKVCAS Super Priority Service

Does anyone know for ILR SET(O) if all documents are returned on the spot after they upload and submit digital copies? By all documents I meant passport and existing BRP.

Re: Guidance required on my situation - Employment gap

Hi Joe,

Just would like to follow up as I am the same situation. You mentioned you were to complete 5 years in May. Could you share whether your ILR application was successful?

Thanks

Re: ILR Eligibility after Tier 2 Employment gap of over 60 d

superman911, I am in the same situation but I am only on Tier 2 for less than 2 years when made redundant. My research leads to an uncomfortable contemplation that new application has to be made within 60 days following end of employment, in order to qualify for the conditions of Tier 2 visa. The te...

ILR Continuous Residence 2013 April New Change

Guys, I am writing to get clarity for following clause added in Immigration Rule Change on 2013 April 6: Where the applicant has a break in employment and applies for further leave as a Tier 2 migrant or a work permit holder to work for a new sponsor or on a new work permit within 60 days of the end...

Re: Break of Employment in continuous Tier 2 visas

Hi guys, Can anyone help to shape an understanding of this new rule on Tier 2 applicant for ILR? What would happen in the future when applying for ILR if there was a break of employment of more than 60 days in the continuous lawful residence of 5 years with valid leaves? Refused? delayed eligibility...

Re: Unpaid Leave = Break in employment ??

Break of Employment in continuous Tier 2 visas

Hi, I recently changed my employer due to redundancy. The new sponsor completed RLMT and issued CoS for me and I received my new BRP. There was no break of visa according to the date of curtailment letter received from UKBA. However, the new application was made 65 days of end of previous employment...

Re: ILR Eligibility after Tier 2 Employment gap of over 60 d

I am in the similar position. Because the new sponsor needed to conduct RLMT, the actual time I applied for a new Tier 2 visa would be few days above 60 days following end of employment. However, there is no break of visa. Does that mean in a few years time, I won't be eligible for ILR even if I sta...
