Hello You mentioned 5 Years Cap Rule, please can you throw more light. I finished my masters in 2010. I have been in Tier 2 and I want to switch to Tier 4, am I eligible ? Will the CAP rule affect me?. Currently, I want to do my PHD.

Great, few things that I will point out for you. Extended family member applications are not meant to really look straight forward. My sponsor is my nephew and as such there is close relationship. You may be worried that he is a child but there is no imm law that states the level of our dependency ...

What do you mean by a complicated case secret?
Please, be explicit, people might have heard such experiences. Everything on earth is possible. I was asked to provide DNA and question and I have done that. There is nothing complicated about my stuff.

Please, when when you are requested at your own discretion to do a DNA Test and provide some answers to UKBA question, what could be the possible outcome of the application if you do them.

I have provided these request since one month ago and i have not heard from them.
