Re: Judicial review- right to work

Thanks for your responses. So is it better for her not to pursue administrative review. She is still awaiting her ilr application to be decided, she was employed full 5 years but they have held her application for further checks. She applied with her husband. If anything happens and she gets refused...

Re: Judicial review- right to work

But what is there is no right of appeal and after the administrative review is refused, she applies for judicial review, will she lose it also?

Is it better for her to put in a private life application instead.

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/hmrc_to_ukba_response_times It looks like that was for applications in 2011, so things could have changed. I agree, irrespective of PEO or postal, the application could be checked, although ukba's response there seems to suggest that they contact hmrc for this ...

Hi when did you apply for your visa? and when did you attend the interview ? That was the same question I asked as he mentioned PEO and then mentioned interview which got me confused, as with what I know about recent applications at the PEO, you don't get to see the caseworker, so my guess is furth...

Re: Latest Salary not in Latest Bank Statement

If you use Barclays, there is a link in your online banking where u can request statement from your last printed statement to the current date. So request this after your salary is paid. Perhaps on the 24th or 25th. It usually arrives within 3 days and it looks the same as your original statement.

@Argus, so why was his case not picked up during his T1 extension or do you mean Hmrc records are only checked for ILR applications.

I really do hope he gets it sorted. Very challenging situation to be in.
