How old is the child?? Wondering if anyone is in similar situation. Applied for ILR set o 1 year ago at PEO. Declared that tax were amended before application and provided valid reason for amendment. they kept it for further checks. Hi karams1234, You're eligible to submit ILR Application within 28 days of your visa expiry date and all supporting documents must be dated within one month of submission date.
