Accommodation - tenancy agreement signed in 2014 - do I need a letter confirming it's still valid?

Hi guys I'm Applying for ILR after 5 year partner route. The tenancy agreement we have was signed in 2014. Do I need to get a letter from the estate agents confirming it's still valid? We have other proofs of address confirming we live here. The tenancy agreement does state: "The term shall be from ...

Re: Need Help for FLR M form Questions!

Sir Murphy Based on your knowledge and experience would they dig into your self employed earnings if im simply showing savings. I haven't prepared any docs showing my self employment or taxes as I believe you don't need to if you are relying on cash savings? I'm going in for Ilr via 5 year spouse vi...

Re: Category D: Cash Savings

Your minimum cash balance during the last six months could be your reliable savings. if you want to use your salary plus cash savings (not sure if that's allowed) then I believe you must take your net salary for the last 6 months out of the minimum amount as well. That's your net reliable savings. T...

Re: FLR(M) Premium Service - Further information request

Hi, our situation is very similar to that of the OP. We attended a premium service on 11/07/2017, and they received the requested additional documentation on 17/07/2017 according to our tracked delivery, which we addressed to our case worker at her office as she asked for. We have yet to hear anyth...

Re: FLR(M) Premium Service - Further information request

Hi, We have had the exact same thing happen to us, right down to the promise of reveiwing the information as soon as its received. We sent our information back over 5 weeks ago and haven't heard anything. We have tried all the same avenues as you have, calling, writing letters, and we haven't had a...

Re: FLR(M) Premium Service - Further information request

My application has now been waiting well over 2 months, and I still haven't had any word from the Home Office. When I call them they just tell me that I can only wait. When they are asking for ct600, is it justified at all? I mean Did you rely on earnings from your own limited company? Or you met f...

Re: REFUSAL OF A SETTLEMENT VISA

Hiya

This is very concerning. Did you actually leave the employment part empty and went straight into the savings section. Did you show 6 months of savings? exceeding the amount required?

Re: One day premium service Croydon - further enquiries

Hiya. As per my knowledge they would overlook a period of 28 days after visa has expired so that shouldn't hinder them. I am hoping and also sure that there's nothing to worry about as far as visa expiry is concerned.
Home office are just slow.

Re: family visit missed confirmation call from home office

Guys

I imagine all three of you have just got a missed call and then Home office didnt bother phoning back. Please could you let me know the result of the applications?

I am in the same boat as you would have guessed.

Best regards

Pictures for Second Period FLRM

Guys

As the docs required this time around (second period FLRM) are discounted, like we don't need to provide Marriage Cert or chat snapshots, do I need to get the photos printed on normal photo (glossy) papers? I forgot about it and got my appointment Monday. We just have pix on the phone.
