Re: Spouse Visa (Husband) Information

Hello itachi (did you miss the H at the beginning?) ;) 1) New Delhi processing times are 25/26 working days, so lets say a month and a half, not necessarily 2-4 months but yes could be up to 60 working days depending on the paper work you submit and how straightforward the application is. And you ca...

Re: NHS Surcharge

Hello bujji1976, I applied for my wife's spouse visa on 9th April. Although the guidelines and support center say pay the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) along with the application, there is no link on gov.uk to pay the IHS. At least I couldn't find one. Re: Some advice on uk spouse application...

Hello Binglebongle, If you intend to show the trips together as part of proof of your relationship history, you don't need to attach any boarding pass with your application. Re: Settlement Visa from India : Timeline

Hello Bling-uk Yes quite excited, although dreading at the thought my PS4 might be collecting dust once the missus moves in!!! I have been on ILR for about 12 months now. Just be patient, I wasn't expecting this quick turnaround. Chandigarh VFS center had advised to expect something after May 19th, ...

Re: Wife dependent visa from India

Should wait. Just got my wife's visa and the accompanying letter states if there is a gap of more than 3 months between receiving visa and traveling to the UK, the applicant might have to apply for an extension at the end of the current visa period before applying for permanent residence. Otherwise ...
